Where curiosity bends structure.

Aavishkaar is a structured inclusion centre in Mundhwa, Pune for neurodiverse children aged 3 to 8. We exist because the gap between a therapy room and a functioning school day is real — and most children fall into it.

We work on the skills that make school possible: regulation, communication, independence, attention, and the ability to navigate routines and relationships. Not in isolation — but in ways that transfer to real classrooms, real homes, and real communities.

What we are

Not a therapy centre. A school-readiness centre.

Therapy centres focus on specific skill deficits in a controlled environment. Aavishkaar focuses on translating those therapy gains into everyday participation.

We sit at the intersection of child development, school-readiness, and real-world functioning. Our work is structured — children know what to expect and why — but always oriented toward the life happening outside our walls.

We serve neurodiverse children: those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and other profiles that make a standard classroom environment difficult without the right foundation.

Who we work with

Children aged 3–8.

  • Children with autism spectrum profiles

  • Children with ADHD and attention differences

  • Children with sensory processing difficulties

  • Children with developmental delays

  • Children with communication and language differences

  • Children who struggle with transitions and routine changes

What we believe

The principles we work from.

Structure with warmth

We believe children need both — clear expectations and genuine emotional safety. One without the other doesn't work.

Neurodiversity-affirming

We don't try to make neurodiverse children behave neurotypically. We help them build the skills they need to participate on their own terms.

Real-world focus

Therapy room gains mean nothing if they don't transfer to school, home, and community. Everything we do is oriented toward everyday participation.

Parent partnership

Parents understand their children best. We work alongside families, not in place of them — sharing what we observe and building consistent strategies together.
